Summary: The University of Hyderabad invites applications from eligible Indian nationals for the post of Research Intern in a research project on Low-Power Negative-Capacitance Tunneling-FET Biosensor for Detection of Cancer Biomarkers. The position is purely temporary and for a duration of 12 months.

Eligibility/Qualification:

  • Candidates must hold a B.E./BTech degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
  • Candidates with an M.E. or MTech in ECE with specialization in VLSI Technology or Microelectronics and VLSI or VLSI system design will be preferred.
  • Candidates should have experience in semiconductor device modeling, Advanced MOS devices, Physics of Nanoelectronic Devices, hands-on experience of TCAD tools, etc.
  • The maximum age limit for candidates is 35 years.

Job Description: The selected candidate will work on the research project "Design and Performance Optimization of Low-Power Negative-Capacitance Tunneling-FET Biosensor for Detection of Cancer Biomarkers." The candidate will be responsible for conducting research activities related to semiconductor device modeling, Advanced MOS devices, Physics of Nanoelectronic Devices, hands-on experience of TCAD tools, etc. The candidate will receive a fellowship of Rs. 28125 per month.
