Title: Walk-in Test/Interview for Project Appointments in Virtual Labs Phase II Project

Summary: A Ministry of Human Resource & Development funded project is inviting Indian candidates to appear for a walk-in test/interview for project appointments in the Virtual Labs Phase II Project. The project aims to develop a web-based platform for conducting laboratory experiments remotely.

Location: Delhi, Hauz Khas

Eligibility/Qualification:

  1. Project Manager: First Class B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Post Graduate Diploma in a relevant discipline of management, 8 years of experience in Govt. sponsored project/research institute out of which a minimum of 3 years of experience should be related to the analysis of user's data, and minimum 5 years of experience in managing a team of size >5 field engineers, field activities in educational institutions, organizing outreach events, and deployment of resources.
  2. Jr Project Assistant (Tech): First Class B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering, 2 years of experience in Govt. sponsored project/research institute, and 3 years of experience in field activities in educational institutions, carrying out outreach workshops and other events, and collection of feedback from the users' community.
  3. Project Assistant (Tech): First Class B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering, 1 year of experience in the demonstration of Virtual Labs experiments for Computer Science Engineering in Govt. sponsored project/research institute, and 1 year of experience in remote experimentation.
  4. Project Assistant (Admin): Graduate from a recognized institute, 10 years of experience in Govt. sponsored project/research institute, minimum 5 years of experience in handling project documentation, office procedures, and record-keeping of correspondence, and minimum 5 years of experience in liaising with different departments/agencies for the smooth conduct of project tasks. Certificate of training in GeM procurement processes.

Job Description: The appointments shall be on a contractual basis on consolidated pay renewable yearly or up to the duration of the project, whichever is earlier. The job responsibilities include managing the project team, conducting outreach events, collecting feedback from the user community, managing project documentation, liaising with different departments/agencies, and conducting remote experimentation.
