Eligible candidates are invited to apply for the post of one Junior Research Fellow (JRF) under the SERB Sponsored Project titled “Ediacaran Complex Acanthomorph Palynoflora (ECAP) based biostratigraphy of the Krol Belt of the Lesser Himalaya, Northern India: Significance for global correlation" (Project no: EEQ/2021/000787) under the guidance of Dr. Veeru Kant Singh, Scientist- ‘E’ (Principal Investigator), BSIP, tenable at the Birbal Sahni Institute of Palaeosciences (BSIP), Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

Interested candidates may send their application along with updated Curriculum Vitae and selfattested copies of mark sheets/certificates (as a single pdf file) to the Principal Investigator (Pl) of the above-mentioned project at veerukantsingh@bsip.res.in on/before 10th April 2022 by 6 pm. The short-listed candidates will be intimated subsequently to appear before the Selection Committee in person or via online portal (e.g., Google Meet) for the interview. The incumbent shall have no implicit or explicit claim of regular absorption in any post in the Institute or in Department of Science & Technology, Government of India. No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the interview.
