Qualifications    MSc or BTech/BE/BStat (with NET/GATE or equivalent qualified) in the following: MSC: Physics, Chemistry, Maths , Stats or Any Life Sciences/Cognitive Sciences BTech/BE in the following: Electronics/Electrical/CSE/Cognitive Science or similar MTech in Electronics/Electrical CSE/Cognitive Science(no GATE, NET etc required) MS by research, with thesis (in relevant fields above) no GATE etc requirement.

Relevant Experience      Research experience in a wet lab especially performing neurophysiology or molecular methods or brain tissue processing (like IHC, neuroanatomy) or cognitive science, EEG or imaging (fMRI). Proficiency in programming especially using MATLAB - must be fluent. Highly motivated to pursue a career in Neuroscience and will be applying for a PhD here. First 24 months JRF salary of 31000 pm followed by assessment for promotion to SRF, salary 35000 pm,
