Applications are invited for one post of Senior Research Fellow (SRF) to work in a CSIR sponsored research project entitled "A physiological, metabolomie and nutrient stoichiometric approach to unravel the mechanism of particulate matter-induced carbon loss in tree species" (Project code- P-25/0874). The tenure of the fellowship will be three years or co-terminus with the scheme and the stipend payable will INR 35,000/ + HRA per month. Candidates must have M.Sc. in Botany/ Environmental Sciencel Life Science (with 55% and above, should have qualified NET/GATE test, minimum 2 years of research experience and at least one published/aceepted research paper). The upper age limit is 32 years (relaxable up to 5 years in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/Physically Handicapped/Female, whereas 3 years in case of OBC (Non-Creamy Layer Candidates) as per CSIR rules. Candidates working in the field of air pollution and its impact on plants will be pre ferred.
