APPLICATIONS ARE INVITED FOR THE POSITIONS OF A JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOW (JRF) IN AN SERB FUNDED RESEARCH GRANT ON SUPRAMOLECULAR CHEMISTRY
Applications are invited for the positions of a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in an SERB funded research grant on supramolecular chemistry.
Objectives of the projects: The purpose of this project is to perform the synthesis of pyridyl-based ligands and followed by the fabrication of supramolecular cages.
Skills required: The candidate
- should hold strong organic chemistry knowledge.
- should have experience in multistep synthesis and column chromatography.
- good theoretical knowledge in spectroscopic methods, like NMR, UV-vis, Mass, and Fluorescence.
Eligibility criteria: minimum 70% marks or 7 CGPA in MSc in general/organic chemistry
Duration: 2 yrs but it will be converted into Ph.D. with an additional one year of the internal fund.
Fellowship: Rs. 31000 + HRA
