Project Title: Photo-Therm: Solar Converted Thermal Energy Harvesting Mangrove and Composite Layer Mechanistic Photo-thermal Material in Interfacial Water Evaporator- Collector Desalination System to Potable Water

Project Summary: Seawater can be an alternative source for portable water, but the restriction is its huge salinity. Reverse osmosis based is well established but it's a little bit expensive. So to overcome this issue we plan to develop an alternative energy-efficient desalination technique utilizing solar radiation. So the project is dealt with the development of photo thermal materials, coating of the material, and wettability study.
