Job Title: Junior Research Fellows (With Own Fellowship)
Summary:
The Center of Innovative and Applied Bioprocessing (CIAB), an autonomous national institute under the Department of Biotechnology (Government of India), is seeking applications for Junior Research Fellows on stipendary/fellowship basis. CIAB is dedicated to advancing knowledge and emerging technologies in the agri-food sector. It focuses on catalyzing entrepreneurial action around bioprocesses, bio-products, and value-addition to bioproducts, particularly in the agrifood sector. Multiple positions are available for Junior Research Fellows (JRFs) with their own fellowships.
Designation: Junior Research Fellows (With Own Fellowship)
Subject Area: Life Sciences, Chemical Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, or related fields
Location: Center of Innovative and Applied Bioprocessing (CIAB), Mohali, Punjab
Eligibility/Qualification:
- M.Sc./M.Tech./M.E./B.E./B.Tech in the specified fields from a recognized University/Institute.
- Candidates must possess their own fellowship granted by CSIR/UGC/DBT/DST/ICAR/ICMR or other funding agencies.
Job Description:
- Conduct research in the specified fields related to bioprocessing, bio-products, and value-addition.
- Collaborate with the CIAB research team to contribute to ongoing projects.
- Participate in the dissemination of research findings.
Age Limit: Up to 28 years
Fellowship: As per the fellowship awarding agency.
